Dammit.   
“Miss Moreaux, please, if you’ll just answer a couple of quick questions!”   
Elle sighed, and resigned to the fact that passing through an airport undetected was simply unachievable. She slowed, and turned to face to breathless voice that had hurried so earnestly after her. A young man – new to the job obviously, he was wearing a suit. Only newspaper reporters new to the job felt the need to physically prove themselves to the naked eye.

He was supposed to have picked her up from the airport. But when the usually time-conscious Italian did not pull up in some sort of car or on his Triumph Scrambler within the first half hour – the woman had caught a taxi to his apartment, knowing something was up.   
She had heard the music blaring from his apartment from the ground floor of the building.

Pat sighed inwardly. Of course Sarah would notice. She was the first person he saw every single day; a pretty little blonde perched behind the reception desk of the Art and Design faculty. The expression of shock and concern simply didn’t suit her attractive face.   
“Morning, Sarah.”   
“What happened to your eye?!”   
“Some stupid bugger tried to mug me after I got off the train last night.”

Orange eyes snapped up to her; and surprisingly, they narrowed into a glare. Rushton Moreaux very rarely looked upon someone with any less than sheer delight. But here he was now, hunched back in his armchair and staring across the room, distaste setting his mouth into a jagged line.   
His little sister of all people, stared defiantly back at him.

Trying to think of stuff for my new tat. I want something in memory of James. I was going to have his initials, but he has the same initials a my big brother, so when I see JB, of course I think of my brother first :/

Basically all of you won't know who Lara Bingle is. (She was on the Australian tourism ad, "so where the bloody hell are you?" ..Eloquent.) But she has a tat on the inside of her wrist just below the palm, much in the same place a bracelet would sit. And it says "wish you were here". I really like it. But I can't get it because everyone here knows it as Lara Bingle's tat... :\

Sigh.

So, worked like all heck, went on my holiday to north QLD and now I'm back home again XD But I'm still not going to be on much. This week I have my American friend staying with me before she heads home to the US so I'll be doing lots of things with her. Also got a heck of a lot of social stuff, and work stuff. So yay. I'm on holidays and I STILL don't have the time to sit down.

Port Douglas was lovely though :]
I swear to god, if it gets any colder here I'm jumping on a plane and going back :/ one degree last night. ONE. (about 30-ish in Fahrenheit I think) And before you all go whining about how much worse it gets in winter for you, may I remind you that we don't even get the pleasure of snow when it gets cold here. And I'm just not used to it. I'm typing, INSIDE MY HOUSE and my fingers STLL feel like they're about to drop off. I HAVE A SCARF AND BEANIE ON.

And all boys except for my Dad and my fiance are stupid.
